Product Overview
The AT-L106K is the 4K Enhancement model in the Atlas Series, a 3LCD laser engineering projector built for large venues and fixed installations. It combines a 10,000 lumen typical output with a 3840 x 2160 4K Enhancement display produced on a three-panel 0.64 inch LCD light engine, so colour brightness tracks white brightness and the image stays stable on camera.
The light source is a sealed, filter-free dual-colour laser rated for 20,000 hours in normal mode, and the same 490 x 510 x 205 mm, 18.5 kg body carries a 16-type connection set with HDBaseT and optional 3G-SDI. Brightness is given as two numbers — 10,000 lm typical and 9,000 lm minimum — so there is a floor under the headline figure.
Key Features & Benefits
- 10,000 lm typical and 9,000 lm minimum brightness — a rated floor, not just a peak
- 4K Enhancement 3840 x 2160 display on a 3 x 0.64 inch 3LCD engine — three panels, no colour wheel
- Dual-colour laser light source, 20,000 hours in normal mode, in a filter-free sealed optical engine
- Contrast ratio 5,000,000:1 (FOFO) and a colour gamut of 92% DCI-P3 / 100% REC.709
- Edge blending for seamless multi-projector stitching, and 360-degree projection
- Lens shift of V +45–0% and H ±21%, plus H/V keystone, 4-corner, 6-corner, pincushion/barrel and grid image-tune
- 16 connection types: 2 x HDMI 2.0 in, HDBaseT, 3G-SDI option, DVI-D, DMX512, RS232, dual RJ45, USB-A/B and audio
- 26 OSD languages and central control through Crestron RoomView, AMX Discovery and PJ Link
- 755 W in normal mode with ECO standby under 0.5 W, and 5–45 °C operation
A 4K Enhancement Display
The Atlas Series offers two resolution points, and this model is the 4K Enhancement body. It renders a 3840 x 2160 4K Enhancement image from the 3 x 0.64 inch LCD engine, and it accepts video up to 4K at 60 Hz over HDMI or HDBaseT. Because the three LCD panels carry their own red, green and blue channels, there is no colour wheel to split the light, and no sequential colour break in front of a camera recording or streaming the screen.
A Guaranteed Minimum
The headline 10,000 lm is a typical value, and it is paired with a 9,000 lm minimum in the specification. For an integrator quoting a room to a client, that second number is the one that matters: it is the level you can promise, not the level you hope the unit ships at. Uniformity is 0.8 actual minimum measured on the JIS X 6911 nine-point grid, so the corners hold up when one projector fills a large screen.
Colour That Holds Up
The dual-colour laser light source reaches 92% of DCI-P3 and 100% of REC.709. That matters on saturated content: a deep-blue stage backdrop or a brand's exact accent colour stays as bright and as accurate as a white slide, which is what three-panel LCD colour brightness is built to deliver. Picture modes cover Dynamic, Standard, Cinema, Colorboard and sim-DICOM.
Edge Blending & 360-Degree Installation
Edge blending lets several units stitch into one seamless image, which is how a wide stage or a curved exhibition wall is covered without gaps or hot bands. The projector mounts in any orientation with 360-degree projection, and lens shift of V +45–0% and H ±21% places the picture without moving the bracket. H/V keystone, four-corner, six-corner, pincushion/barrel and grid image-tune correction square the geometry on uneven walls and angled screens.
Filter-Free Sealed Optical Engine
The optical engine is sealed and filter-free, so there is no filter to clean or replace on a maintenance schedule, and no dust path into the light path. That is the single largest ongoing cost-of-ownership reduction on a venue projector, and it keeps brightness steady between service visits. The laser source is rated for 20,000 hours in normal mode.
Lenses & Throw
Three lenses mount on the same body. The standard OL-EP10ZL covers a 1.08–1.76 throw ratio with a 1.6x manual zoom and a 30–300 inch screen; the OL-EP06ZL is a 0.679–0.821 motorized short throw for 50–500 inch; and the OL-EP17ZL is a 1.74–2.97 manual long throw, also for 50–500 inch. The two optional lenses add V +50–0% / H ±23% shift. Send the screen size and the distance, and the lens can be fixed before the order ships.
Connectivity & Control
The connection set is built for a rack or a stage: two HDMI 2.0 inputs, one HDMI 2.0 output, DVI-D, HDBaseT for a single network-cable run up to 100 metres, 3G-SDI as an option, DMX512, RS232, two RJ45 ports, USB-A and two USB-B, plus 3.5 mm audio in and out and wired remote in/out. Crestron RoomView, AMX Discovery and PJ Link put the unit onto an existing control platform, and 26 OSD languages cover most installation regions.
