Product Description
Product Overview

The ESP8000L is the second model in the ESP range and the highest-output unit that still sits in the light chassis. It delivers 7,500 lumens — 7,700 measured at centre — from a single-chip DLP engine with a 0.67-inch DMD at 1920*1200 in 16:10. The case is the same 486 * 393 * 174 mm box as the entry model, still 10.5 kg, still 30 dB or less, on a 405 W draw. Edge fusion and geometry correction are built in, so a wall of two or three units is blended on the projector rather than through an external processor. 4K 3840*2160 is accepted over HDMI 2.0 and scaled to the panel.

Key Features & Benefits
  • 7,500 lumens, with 7,700 measured at centre — both figures kept as the sheet gives them, not averaged into one.
  • The highest output in the light chassis — one step up the range and the body goes to 12 kg with 34 dB or more of fan noise, so this is the last model in the range that stays this quiet.
  • 0.67-inch DMD at 1920*1200 in 16:10, compatible with 16:9 and 4:3 — 4K 3840*2160 accepted over HDMI 2.0 with HDCP and scaled to the panel.
  • Edge fusion and geometry correction built in — a two- or three-unit wall needs a second projector and an HDMI split, not a separate blend processor.
  • Vertical shift ±50%, horizontal ±15% — plenty of vertical travel, little horizontal, so the horizontal offset belongs in the mount design.
  • 1.2–1.5:1 lens fitted, electric operation — zoom and focus from the remote or the control system rather than from the bracket.
  • Two 10 W speakers and a 3.5 mm audio input, plus HDMI 2.0 with HDCP, HDBaseT, 3D-Sync BNC in and out, RJ45, RS232 on D-sub 9 and a 12V flip-flop.
  • 405 W, 30 dB or less in standard and 25 dB in eco, IP5X, laser rated 20,000 hours standard and 25,000 in eco.
Two Units on One Wall

Blending is the reason this class of body exists. Fusion and geometry correction are inside the projector, so the second unit is a second projector and an HDMI split — no blend server, no PC on site. 3D-Sync runs BNC in and out to chain the pair, HDBaseT carries the picture over one Cat run, and the 12V flip-flop drives a screen or a lift off the same command. The ±15% horizontal shift is what to design around: two units side by side need their mounts positioned, not their lenses shifted to the limit.

Where It Is Installed

The ESP Series is specified for four venue types: Exhibition, Education, Corporate and Immersive Experience. 7,500 lumens at 30 dB is the step for rooms where 6,500 leaves little in reserve but a 12 kg body will not fit the ceiling or the noise budget — a corporate auditorium with the house lights part way up, a lecture theatre, or a stand under rig lighting.

Positioning and the Lens

Throw ratio is 1.2–1.5:1, so the mounting distance follows the screen width. Send the wall size and the distance you have, and the position can be confirmed before the order ships. Wider and longer throws for the same body are on the ESP compatible lens sheet and are ordered separately.

Power and Environment
Power Supply 100–240 V AC, ±10%, 50 or 60 Hz
Power Consumption 405 W in standard mode; 0.5 W or less on standby
Operating Temperature 5 to 40 °C, non-condensing
Operating Humidity 10 to 85%
Operating Altitude Up to 2,500 m; High Altitude Mode switched on at 1,500 m or above
In the Box

A power cord, a VGA cord and a remote control.

Ready to specify? Send the wall size, the mounting distance and the control system, and we will confirm the throw position, the lens and the port configuration before you order.

The training center has 5 lecture halls using this 3LCD laser 12,000-lumen projector. With a brightness of 12,000 lumens, even under natural light, complex circuit diagrams and medical anatomy diagrams in the courseware can be clearly displayed, and the 3LCD technology makes the color transitions natural.
